I thought this would have some rough action with police men. What I got were two very boring scenes. The first one has a guy who gets out of moving his illegally parked car by seducing a police men. The second scene had a guy playing with his limp dick. He is joined by others some in police uniforms.
I could not get through this film fast enough.
